I - GENERAL INFORMATION
High-performance teams and teamwork are emerging trends in today's competitive business world. Companies look for solutions to their problems in teamwork, and employees want to be part of a team.
Although teamwork is often chosen because it is an easier and more efficient way, creating a good team is not as easy as it seems. 

If you want to get the efficiency you want from teamwork, there are points you need to be careful about when creating this team. The most important of these is the distribution of roles you will give to people within team work and the selection of leaders.

II - PURPOSE OF EDUCATION
The purpose of this program is; To understand the importance of effective teamwork, to learn how team spirit can be realized, to understand through practice how results can be achieved with teamwork, to learn ideal behavior patterns in situations such as planning and problem solving, and to teach ways to achieve perfection through teamwork.
