I - GENERAL INFORMATION
A problem is an undesirable situation in the normal flow of life, or problems that need to be solved urgently in order to continue the normal flow of life. Many times, problems can also be an opportunity. One of the most important conditions for constantly moving forward in businesses is "identifying improvement opportunities" and solving possible "problems".

The truth is that problem solving skills are a team effort. One must be determined in the face of problems, and problem solving must be done in a certain systematic way. This is an “interdisciplinary” approach and problems must be addressed decisively using certain tools (techniques). Problems that occur or may arise in businesses or processes should be solved with the least loss. Thus, while improving, competitive advantage can also be achieved.
