I - GENERAL INFORMATION
Today, the most effective way to deal with stress is to establish a positive dialogue with oneself and discuss problems. How you feel is your own responsibility. As most of us know, stress is all of our reactions to events and situations that force, restrict and hinder us. Contrary to popular belief, it is not limited to the pressure and tension we feel.

II - PURPOSE OF EDUCATION
The purpose of this program is; to reduce people's level of interaction, recognize stress and gain the ability to manage stress in the face of difficulties that we encounter in different ways in business and private life and sometimes stressful situations that exceed our tolerance limit. It also teaches that the feeling of anger is different from the feelings of violence, aggression and hostility and that anger can be controlled.

III - EXPECTED GAINS FROM EDUCATION
At the end of the training, participants; "Stress management", which means changing the situation or changing the environmental, mental and physical reactions to the situation in order to cope with stress and improve the quality of life, and that anger is a natural, human-specific emotion that is considered normal at a certain level. Anger is an emotion. They learn that anger is never a behavior and that anger is a controllable emotion.
