In the work done within the scope of Corporate Governance Consultancy projects, institutional in restructuring or improvement processes, as well as in educational implementation processes, I have both academic knowledge and field practical experience in the field of management and individual development. If there is a need for knowledge and experience in different areas of expertise, I carry out my work in 4 stages with the solution partner professionals I work with.

As a result of many years of work in different sectors, I believe the standard package trainings era is over. Therefore, I specially design both short-term and long-term training services related to the cycle process management merging and recombination studies to summarize and provide employees with answers.

 

Stage 1 : First of all, by meeting with the senior management of the institution/business to be served, the requests of the senior management are taken regarding the target to be achieved. Later, trainings or interviews directly with the employees who will be working with them during the consultancy service procurement process are conducted. Employee profile analysis is carried out, taking into account knowledge, skills and experience.

 

Stage 2 : The current state of the business, its business practices, operational processes and Daily Determinations are made by personally observing the applications on site.

Stage 3 : Both measurement and observation results are shared with the management and other experts when necessary. It is evaluated and reported to the institution/business management.

Stage 4 : In line with these results reached by scientific methods, the needs of the person and the institution are met. The perfectly fitting service package is specially designed and offered with the "Tailor Made" model.
