PROCEDURES RELATED TO WORK AND SOCIAL SECURITY LEGISLATION

I provide consultancy services regarding the operational works to be done in accordance with the Labor and Social Security Legislation. This service; In addition to being within the scope of the preventive activity between the employer and the employee, it makes the employees feel safe and at the same time encourages the potential labor force in the region to work in the company.

As it is known, the Labor Law No. 4857, which came into force on June 10, 2003, is related to working life. It has made radical changes and brought new obligations to employers. These include:
    • In case of a lawsuit, the burden of proof is on the employer.
    • Filing of personnel documents has become mandatory,
    • The employer is obliged to make a contract with the workers,
    • The employer's freedom to terminate the employee contract is limited,
    • Labor Courts reinstate the worker in case of unfair termination, Employers are required to take occupational health and safety measures, train workers and ensure that the rules are followed.
    • It is obligatory to check whether compliance is made,
    • It is mandatory to establish Personnel Regulations, Disciplinary System, Training and Performance management systems.
    • Penalties for non-compliance with the Labor Law have been greatly increased.

By examining your business transactions; A department where the work that needs to be done in this regard is followed up, will be created, or if there is such a department, it will be restructured and the relevant personnel will be trained. Labor and Social Security legislation of all transactions related to personnel, including registry, personnel and accrual. will be carried out in accordance with its provisions.

e.g: Situations and transactions that do not comply with legal regulations are eliminated, missing practices will be completed and incorrect practices that will put the company in a penalized situation will be prevented.
